The ground rules for using Cherrypop AI App. Short sentences, no surprises.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cherrypop AI App. By using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cherrypop AI App. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your password safe and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Each account is for a single individual. You may not share, sell, transfer or sub-license your account to anyone else.
You agree to use the service for lawful purposes and to respect the personalities you interact with. Harassment, illegal content, hate speech and exploitation of minors are strictly forbidden.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our models, scrape our content at scale, bypass rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the service to build a competing product.
You retain ownership of the messages you send. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the service.
Conversations, model responses, images and other media generated by Cherrypop AI App are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
The service may remember details from your conversations to personalise future ones. You can disable or clear memory at any time from settings.
Some features are free; some require a paid plan. Available plans, pricing and entitlements are shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
We may offer trials or promotional pricing. Unless stated otherwise, trials renew automatically into a paid plan at the standard price.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Where required, we will collect and remit tax in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@cherrypop-ai.net and we will investigate.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date.
We may change prices for new billing cycles. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
We work hard to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
We sometimes release experimental features. They are provided "as is", may change without notice and may not work as expected.
The service may interact with third-party platforms (payments, analytics, hosting). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms.
The Cherrypop AI App name, logo, models, designs, code and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we are free to use it without obligation to you. We will not, however, share your identifying information without consent.
If you believe content on Cherrypop AI App infringes your copyright, please write to hello@cherrypop-ai.net with the details required by the DMCA. We respond promptly.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users or expose us to legal risk. Where possible, we will warn you first.
You may delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion removes your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain it.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties beyond those that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Conversations with our models are for entertainment and companionship. They are not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. In an emergency, contact qualified local services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.
We may add, change or remove features at any time. We will notify you of material changes that affect your plan.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the new version with a revised "last updated" date and, if changes are material, notify you by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We will try to resolve any dispute informally first. If that fails, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of our place of registration, unless local law requires otherwise.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force.
